About the Role
The Customer Service Representative will be the front-line representative and image of our company. The Customer Service Representative will handle a variety of tasks, which include incoming phone calls, general clerical tasks, data entry, process picture ID’s, handling customer requests, and administrative support.
Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater.
One year customer service experience.
Six month experience working in a customer service contact center preferred.
